Many thanks (and apologies) to Friends of Regents Canal for the blatant rip off |
The proposed development is atrocious. This part of London is stunning, so many people use this area as a place to walk and relax and get away from it all. These buildings will completely change this unique area forever.
The worst part I think is how close the buildings come to the canal and the height. A smaller building set back from the towpath would be much more appropriate for the skyline in this area.
It would be a tragedy to lose such a place to the never stopping pursuit of money. There are other places to build that do not have such an effect on the local area.
